Payment

Our Terms of payment are 25% deposit to confirm a safari and the balance (75%) must be received 45 days prior to arrival/commencement of a safari.

In cases where the bookings are made less than 30 days before the commencement of the tour, full payment must be made on booking.

Scorpio Villas reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received in accordance with these terms.

All payments by wire transfer to our bank account (details to be provided accordingly). Other payment methods of convenience to specific clients needs can be arranged on per case basis.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, cancellation fees shall be applied as follows:

·  Within the period of 14 to 30 days to scheduled arrival date, a fee of 25% of the total cost of the safari shall apply.

·  Within the period of 12 to 8 days to scheduled arrival date, a fee of 50% shall apply.

· Within 7 to scheduled arrival date, a fee of 100% of the total cost of the safari

We reserve the right to cancel a safari in which case a full and immediate refund of all payments received will be made.

Alterations

We reserve the right to alter booking arrangements or to cancel the scheduled arrival date should conditions necessitate.

We also reserve the right to decline, to accept at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

Liabilities

You are advised to take adequate insurance cover as we accept no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays loss or damages from any cause whatsoever.

The appropriate law of the country dictates our liability to our visitors.
